I’ve been wondering this for a while. You know how, in humans, turmeric is not actually very bioavailable until you add some black pepper, then it increases greatly? I wonder if its bioavailable to dogs without the pepper? Thank you! ππ
Of course I will never try to medicate this cat without someone to hold her wrapped tightly in a towel. Thankfully she has a kitty lickable everyday she had no problem eating her honey dosed lickable. She chewed off her pinky toe on the left foot. I think she just got a sliver in her foot from the 2 by 4 that’s in front of the porch that she likes to need her claws on.
Oh I forgot I have goldenseal here at the house and if I was to dilute that with the honey maybe that would be a little more potent too I just don’t want my little girl to get really sick she vomited few days ago I didn’t even realize anything wrong until today when I found the toe under the couch. She seems a little lethargic today she did jump off the counter onto the ground and didn’t seem to hurt her so there’s no pain there and she’s eating fine she eats raw chicken she prefers the leg and she usually eats about a half a leg a day. She is drinking more water than normal and filling up that poty box. There is a much stronger smell to her urine. She is not going to like the scratch and chew preventive collar….Im going to try again tonight to make one.
SEw great filled 4 you!!
Are these safe for kittens as well? Iβm helping a kitten with localized necrotic skin infection and a minor wound. Iβm trying castor oil topically
